Self contained 2 bedroom apartment situated just 300 metres from beautiful Avalon Beach and the vibrant but laid back village which abounds with numerous cafes and restaurants, a cinema, spas, boutiques, delis, fruit shops, chemists and a large supermarket.

Large spacious living/dining area with flat screen TV with DVD player. Kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge, small appliances and everything you need to prepare a light meal (no stove). There is a bbq on the balcony. Modern bathroom. Queen size bedroom with ocean views and twin bedroom with 2 king size singles. All linen supplied.

Guests have the use of a swimming pool at the rear of the property and there is off street parking.

Watch the sunrise from your balcony overlooking the ocean and Avalon district. Have a bbq here or enjoy meals out in one of the many local restaurants.

Numerous activities await you with the beach, surfing, beautiful walks, fishing, golf, dining out, shopping and relaxing. Avalon has a large rock pool at the southern end of the beach if you do not feel like venturing into the surf. There is a local golf course in Avalon (as well Palm Beach, Mona Vale and Bayview), RSL and bowling club. There are yoga studios in Avalon.

The scenic Pittwater area on the other side of the peninsula is a haven for sailing enthusiasts and there are numerous ferry trips available from Palm Beach Ferry Wharf, a short 10 minute drive north of Avalon. Excellent for exploring the beautiful natural waterways and National Parks. Seaplane flights are also available from Palm Beach. Palm Beach is also known as "Summer Bay" in the series Home and Away which is filmed there and in Avalon.
