Open-plan living with large kitchen leading on to a huge deck with vergola roof facing onto a sunny,tropical garden. There are 3 bedrooms with built-ins and a large bathroom and extra powder room. There is off street parking for one car in a quiet culdesac. It is in an enviable location,an easy walk to Avalon village, close to beaches and transport.Ideal family or group holiday rental property.
"We absolutely loved our 2 week stay at Avalon Charming Cottage. It was immaculate and had a real 'English Country House' feel to it. We loved sitting out on the sunny looking out over the private tropical garden. Cosmopolitan avalon village is so close too.
