The main bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has double bunks plus a single bed.

The home is located in the quite residential enclave of North Avalon.

A short stroll to the beach, and only a 10 minute, level walk to Avalon village for cafes, restaurants, cinema and shops, this property is a unique and rare offering to people who love holidaying close to the beach.
