Avalon Beach Break is a recently renovated (2010) one Bedroom, open plan beach garden apartment. It has polished timber floors, new lounge (sofa bed) timber furniture and a comfortable relaxed holiday feel.

The accommodation also has a comfortable queen size sofa bed with a latex topped mattress as well so we can accommodate up to 3 or 4 people.

Everything is provided for you, except food, so all you have to do is arrive & make yourselves at home, relax & enjoy your stay.


We are 100 meters from Avalon Beach where you can enjoy Avalon's famous surf break, beach, rock fishing and the ocean pool.

We are a 10 minute flat stroll to the village cafes, restaurants, shops & cinema. Avalon Beach Break is located in a quiet residential area.located 45 minutes north of Sydney Australia .
