This quality studio room has off-street parking and private entry. It features a king-size bed, full bathroom, air conditioning, bar fridge, large flatscreen TV and DVD, 2 seater leather lounge, tea/coffee and wonderful beach and ocean views.

Enjoy alfresco dining, a glass of wine or just relax with a book in the paved landscaped garden, all while watching the waves break.

If you need to stay in contact with the outside world we have free wi-fi internet access for your laptop.

The location -
Austinmer is a coastal village about 1 hour by road or rail south of Sydney, 20 minutes north of Wollongong and only 10 minutes south of the Sea Cliff Bridge on the Grand Pacific Drive. It has outstanding beaches and a breathtaking, tree-covered escarpment backdrop. You'll be spoilt for choice when deciding where to eat by the great range of excellent cafes and restaurants in the area. There's a wide variety of cultural, sporting and recreational activities available close by, great shopping in nearby Thirroul, local weekend markets, as well as many scenic drives to explore the wider local area.
