Augusta Cottage is one of Augusta's original cottages, renovated as a relaxing country home. Set on a private, one acre block it has plenty of open space, an enclosed back yard and adjacent to Park and Playgrounds.

The Augusta 9-hole golf course set in natural bushland is opposite the cottage. The cottage is minutes walk to the shops, Blackwood River, Augusta Bakery and Cafe. Beautiful beaches are just 5 mins away by car.

The Holdiday Cottage is wondeful in all seasons in a sheltered location, with an open fireplace for winter and a cool front verandah for summer.

Augusta cottage is an ideal base to explore the southern wineries of the Augusta- Margaret River region, the Blackwood River and the many beaches and coves where the Indian ocean meets the Southern Ocean. Watch for whales in season.
