"BEST?: FIRST---The peace and quiet; TIE FOR SECOND --- dog-friendly spot; birds; pond; flowers; lawns; ducks; food; spa; Hitchcock DVD collection; facilities; Magnums in the freezer; enough firewood to burn for a month; breakfast trays; welcoming drinks and funny stories; PNG artifacts. Even the cicadas shut up before bed time!!!"

"excellent stay - a wonderful private cottage. We were greeted with a glass of champagne and a warm welcome. The cottage had everything we wanted and the breakfast hamper was fabulous - so much so that we had to ask Anne to hold the food on our 4th day. We would certainly visit again and would recommend the Pond Cottage to others."
