Cottage, Camping ground, Caravan park, Cabins, Tourist park

Lake Eacham Caravan Park is a quiet eco-style park on ten acres, just 1 klm walk or drive to the crystal clear waters of the crater lake. Perfect for safe swimming in 65 metres deep water (no crocs or stingers!), or walking the 3klm circuit around the crater rim through lush tropical rainforest.

We are a small park with 21 powered sites for tents and campervans, 7 drive-through sites on the top level, two morre grassy levels below.

Five bright and clean Cabins, fully self-contained with en-suites, good beds, kitchenettes, and balconies are reserved for travellers (no permanent residents).

We have no pool or playground, just lovely grounds with wild birds, chooks with chicks, ducks with ducklings, goats, pet pig and an ostrich.

Our rustic Camp Kitchen has a big open fire for cold winter nights, a large gas barbecue and stove top, microwave, kettle & toaster, refrigerator and sink.

There is a laundry with washing machine and dryer (coin operated) at the rear of the blue amenities building which is kept sparkling clean.

Our large Convenience Store stocks groceries, eggs, dairy products, meat etc, soft drinks, ice-creams, etc. Our Garden Cafe serves cooked breakfasts (all day), Huge Hamburgers, Savoury Spicy Parcels,
Tempting Turkish Toasties, Home-made Banana cakes, Cheese-cakes and Hot Scones. Eat indoors or outside in the garden. Broadband Internet. Petrol, Diesel, Elgas and Ice.
