We are nestled amongst many natural wonders of the Atherton Tablelands, and are privileged to be just minutes away from wineries, coffee plantations, wildlife viewing, and many more local tours and attractions (not to mention a cheese and chocolate factory). Barking Owl Retreat is also minutes from Tinaroo Dam for Waters Sports and Barra Fishing and a short drive from Yungaburra for Fine Dining and their famous markets. We also have a large variety of beautiful Australian Native Birds and Wildlife at our doorstep. Getting thereComing from Tolga, head towards Kairi on Tolga-Kairi Road, then turn left on to Hough Road, 500m prior to Stockman's Hall of Hay.
Coming from Atherton, turn left on to Tolga-Kairi Road, and then turn right on to Hough Road, about 500m past Stockman's Hall of Hay.
