Set in a residential block, this open plan unit has water views from the living area, kitchen and main bedroom. Sit up in bed in the morning with your coffee and watch the fishing boats bobbing on the bay. It's not unusual to also see a pod of bottle-nose dolphins go swimming by just off our beach. Our Port Phillip Bay is one of the few places on earth where common dolphins have abandoned open ocean to live in sheltered waters. Somehow seeing them jump and frolic makes your heart race every time.

Luxury furnishings sit well against a background of white walls and warm parquetry floors. Cook a delicious meal in the designer gloss white and stainless steel kitchen with European appliances and 90cm cook top and oven. Open up the sun-room balcony windows smell the sea air and have a drink as you watch the waves roll in. Sink into the leather couch and watch a movie on the 42-inch plasma TV. If it is cold outside get toasty in front of a real flame gas open fireplace. After a long hard day have a soak in the full sized bath. In the main bedroom you will sleep soundly in the luxury queen size bed. There is a 32" LCD TV here and a large floor to ceiling robe. The unit is air conditioned and heated too.

When you need supplies walk ten minutes up the beach to Mordialloc seaside village. You will find everything you need here including supermarkets, restaurants, bars and the train station.If you like fishing, hire a boat and go fishing on the bay and catch your own dinner.
