-large open plan living, dining and kitchen. Comfortable and cosy, the lounge is furnished with a large chaise lounge, armchairs, 42 " flatscreen TV, BOSE surround sound Lifestyle system, which includes DVD, CD and radio and is completed with an open fire place (kindling and firewood provided).

-A very long dining table suitable for elegant dining and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher is bordered by floor to ceiling windows and glass doors and allows guests to capture the breathtaking views from every area.

-The laundry is fitted out with a washing machine & dryer as well as third toilet all accessed through the kitchen.

-Downstairs is a lounge room with, small TV/DVD and video plus three bedrooms, sleeping 6 : QS x 2, single x 2.

-Master bedroom features reverse cycle split system, bay glimpses, WIR and full ensuite. All beds have sumptuous high quality bedding, linen and towels provided (BYO beach towels only).

-Main bathroom comprises shower over bath, toilet & vanity.

-Guests can enjoy the rural setting and breathtaking views from the BBQ deck which seemingly takes you out to the edge of the world. An outdoor setting and 4 burner gas BBQ with roasting hood is provided for easy entertaining.

-Extras include a telescope in the lounge, two large capacity reverse cycle split systems in the living areas upstairs, instantaneous gas hot water, block out blinds, polished floor boards throughout, plenty of books, CDs & DVDs for guests enjoyment plus off street parking for two vehicles.
