The Blue Oar Beach House is situated at Arrawarra Headland - giving you direct access to what the locals Mullawarra Beach. From this tri level home you have three direct grass access walking tracks to the beach from the back deck. Just 50m away, plus big games room offering the Best of both worlds.
The Blue Oar is in a quiet street, on a large unfenced yard - there is plenty of room for your boat. The kids can run and play - plenty of room for that cricket game too!
On the ground floor you will find a single garage - newly renovated laundry - including a shower and separate toilet and vanity. Just on from this there is a huge room that the kids and the kids at heart are going to really enjoy. This large rumpus room has a table tennis, table soccer and a pool table. From this room you can run straight down to the track to the beach.
As you climb the stairs to the second level - you find the lounge-dining area that is backed by a wide covered entertaining deck (outdoor table/chairs BBQ) from here you have views of the ocean - sensational outlook. The functional kitchen with new halogen cooktop/oven dishwasher carries the same views. The two main bedrooms (both with built-ins) are located on this level as well as the main bathroom and separate.
Follow the staircase to the top, here in the attic you will find the kids retreat. Up here you can sleep up to 5 people. (3 singles and a futon). Here the kids can get away from you without being away from you. They get the best views in the house - and this is important for any keen surfer!! The views from this top veranda are totally spectacular.
This property is not available for pets - and due to the stairs and high verandas it is not really suitable for young children (5 and under)
