These rooms are backed by an outdoor entertaining deck covered for year round use. Here you can enjoy BBQs and bird life in a quiet tranquil setting with the sound of the waves in the distance. Back inside, you will find 3 spacious bedrooms, a modern bathroom with shower and seperate toilet. The house has a laundry, with rear access to the private sunny backyard.
