The unit is a one bedroom (1 Queen ), with room for two more people in the lounge/dining area (double sofa bed - with a REAL mattress)

The kitchen has placings for 4, with a full functional kitchen, including a dishwasher and gas stove.

The bathroom is off the bedroom, consisting of a shower and toilet with access directly to the laundry.

Off the bedroom is a quiet little veranda with a sitting area leading into the backyard with fruit trees and a water feature - then a subtropical feel outlook.

There is also a large communal entertaining area - including a 6 burner BBQ - kitchen undercover area - an entertainers delight. Upstairs apartment andamp, bunk house also available for larger families. No direct beach access.
