The Studio is located in South Armidale, 2.5 kilometres from the CBD and close to the railway station, public transport, golf club, art gallery, restaurants, in a quiet tranquil location.

Ensuite bathroom with hair dryer and toiletries

Large fully equipped kitchen including full size gas stove, microwave, toaster, crockery and cutlery and tea/coffee making facilities
