Cottage, Self-contained apartment

The villa is situated just a stroll from parks, restaurants, shops and banks and is surrounded by trees and mature gardens. The recently renovated apartment consists of a queen size bedroom, large bathroom with all new facilities, spacious north facing living area with fully equipped kitchen with all of the requirements to prepare one's own meals. Breakfast hamper is provided daily which includes fresh fruit, croissants, jams, eggs, salmon, bacon, fresh juices, tea and coffee. Breakfast can be taken in the dining room of the main house upon request. Lunch and dinner are also available upon request and served either in the apartment, veranda or courtyard.

Included in the tariff - champagne and canapés or high tea upon arrival and breakfast daily. The room is stocked with fresh fruit, Italian wine and chocolates, and fresh flowers.

There is a laundry available for use which contains both washing machine and dryer and there is an iron and ironing board in the apartment.
Parking is off-street.
