The Harrison in Mt Richon is nestled in Heritage Country, the gateway to the Perth hills and the South West region. This delightful hills location boasts numerous tourist attractions to enjoy and provides a haven for those seeking to relax and unwind, whilst basking in the beautiful sunsets and admiring the fantastic views.

The property is situated in half an acre with a variety of plants including native and exotic and a number of fruit trees. The local fauna (kangaroos) can often be seen in the area and sometimes drop in for a drink or a look around.The property has parking for 6+ cars a caravan andor boat(circular driveway). All rooms have air conditioning.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, gas oven gas hotplate, family fridge freezer, kettle, toaster microwave etc. crockery, cutlery, and glasswear.

Armadale lies approximately 30 south-east of the Perth CBD. The main routes into the region are Albany Highway and Armadale Road. Armadale was originally a milling district though this area is better known for its thick forests, partks and nature reserves.
