The Mini has two bedrooms and sleeps six.

The main bedroom has a double bed and beach views while the other has a queen bed, set of bunks, second TV and it's own ensuite bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equiped including microwave and oven while the lounge has a large TV, DVD and CD player.

The Mini is airconditioned and heaters are also available should the weather turn cold.

The large front veranda is ideal for sitting and watching the water.

Being fully fenced, it provides a safe environment for children and animals.

A large gas BBQ is also available.

Locality

Located on Yorke Peninsular, Port Clinton is just over an hour from Adelaide making it ideal for short getaways.

There is a shallow, sandy beach and playground ideal for children.

Alternatively, there is a community swimming pool open through the summer months.

Crabbing is great fun and best from September till April right in front of the Mini.

There is excellent fishing in the area with jetties at nearby Price and Ardrossan or simply throw out a line from the beach.

If you are feeling energetic, there is a 7km walking track between Port Clinton and Price.

Port Clinton also has a well stocked General Store, a Community Club which serves meals on weekends and a tidal boat ramp. Other boat ramps are available at Price and Ardrossan.

Port Clinton is ideally situated for exploring Yorke Peninsular with several interesting and historic towns such as, Wallaroo and Moonta, only a short drive away.
