Holiday unit

Great location at end of a cul-de-sac (no passing traffic). One street to Applecross Village. Grab a coffee, buyfood or a new outfit. Two streets to the river. Enjoy a leasurely walk or bike ride. Easy access to Perth, beaches and other attractions. Bicycles too. Immaculately presented.

Ground floor has modern kitchen, all appliances, dining, lounge with digital TV, powder room, and outside covered patio with bbq. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large main br with ensuite bathroom. Lock up garage adjoins patio.

Near shopping village with gourmet supermarket, cafes, restaurants, ladies boutiques, pharmacy, doctor's rooms and more. Close to public transport. Short walk to river foreshore picnic grounds and riverside pathways. Good quality bicycles for man and lady are included.

Applecross Townhouse is ideal for anyone be you single, a couple or a family unit. It is a safe place for children. Being so well located in the beautiful suburb of Applecross, it suits both the holiday maker or business professional (broadband internet connection freely available).
