5 bedroom, sleeps 14 with 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 loungerooms. Microwave, dishwasher, 2 TV, 2 DVD, wood heating and Rev Cycle Air conditioner/heater Laundry, Gas BBQ and large backyard for kids to play in. Short walk to beach.

"The property is in a very good location, easy to walk to everything Apollo Bay has to offer. The house is not fancy, but it is very big and has ample space for families and or groups of friends holidaying together. My only problem was heating, as the house is two storey and quite big, there was not enough heating to keep all bedrooms etc warm over night and it got quite cold. However that was a minor problem and overall we had a fantastic time there and would definately go again."

"The location is excellent! The rent is cheap for a large group like us. The kitchen was neat and well equipped. The heating/cooling system is also good on.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable and the house need a bit more maintenance. We saw a mouse running through the first floor lounge."

"This house was fully decked out with everything you could possibly need, the place was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable and there were two huge tvs one upstairs one downstairs, plenty of space to do your own thing and not be bothered by anyone else but also great large living and eating areas to all get together, so close to everything yet private hidden at the back of a long driveway, highly recommend for big familiys or groups, we went down for my partners 30th birthday and it was an amazing weekend!!! "

"We found the house to be quite comfortable. The kitchen was large and had what we needed. The house seems to be going through a renovation as there were no floor coverings in the bedrooms but we noticed floor boards in the garage.

I suggest anyone wishing to use the house in winter bring extra bedding."
