Microwave, dishwasher, TV, DVD, wood heating and Air conditioner. Bathroom and toilet. Downstairs is 2 bedrooms, open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. Electric heating, TV, DVD, bathroom and laundry. A beautiful large garden, fantastic for children to play in. This house is perfect for 2 families or a large group to have a great holiday and keep their own space as well. Gas BBQ. All this only a short walk to shops and beach. Tenant to supply sheets, towels and pillow slips.

Apollo Bay has beautiful long sandy beaches with crystal clear waters. We recommend that you swim between the flags at all times.
SURFING
Excellent surfing for both the beginner and the more experienced surfers.
FISHING
Whether it be along the beach, down the harbour or out to sea you will find great fishing in our waters.

Apollo Bay has a lovely nine hole golf course jutting out to sea. Wait until you see the view from the third hole
