- Kitchen with gas hotplates and electric cooking, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and dining table. End of dining table folds down for wheelchair access, also the cupboard under the sink - when open- allows for wheelchairs to roll right up to sink.
- Living area with TV, DVD, gas log fire and lounge furniture (including a double sofa bed).
- Gas BBQ and outdoor furniture on balcony, ramp to front door.
