Built on a hill with stunning ocean views (yet only 400 meters to the beach), this near new two level house comprises the lower ground floor with three bedrooms and two bathrooms with internal access garage. Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds with the main its own bathroom. All have large wardrobes and vanity. The third bedroom also has two single beds and there is a sleeper sofa in the upper level suitable for children only.(6+2)
All bedrooms have fantastic views with two overlooking the ocean. This level also has a full laundry.
The top floor has a full kitchen, dining and lounge area, overlooking the Habour, ocean and mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer, full oven, microwave, dishwasher, all cooking, serving utensils and glassware, etc.

The dining area seats eight whilst the lounge opens out to a deck on one side and a BBQ area on the other.
