Captain’s Rest, built in 2006 is a spacious, contemporary, glass-fronted, 4 bedroom home with large sweeping decks situated on 42Ha of private land with natural scrub and open areas.
Just 15 minutes from the quaint seaside township of Penneshaw (and the ferry terminal) that provides you with all facilities and a choice of restaurants.
Also only a 15 minute stroll along the Chapman River to the glorious beach of Antechamber Bay or a 4 minute drive if you need to pack all the kids and the picnic essentials. (Chances are you'll be the only ones there to savior the 3km of pristine white sand and safe swimming water).
