Locality

Whale watching from Urangan Jetty, buses pick up on the Esplanade 200 metre walk. Book tours, have a coffee, enjoy a beer, fish, swim, walk the paths along the foreshore, stroll the jetty, swing in the park or play cricket in the reserve.

Catch a show at the theatre, visit the Historical Museum, visit the Bat Colony, walk to the RSL, the shops, visit the local area, especially Howard (step back in time),book into a scrap booking class.

Property

Low set 3 bedrooms all built in with mirrored robes and rack shelving. European style curtains in main bedroom, all rooms have pelments and either block out curtains or timber blinds.

Crim safe screens in lounge room door, security screens on all other windows. Front and rear courtyards, with grassed area to the front.

Fully enclosed with 6 ft timber fences. Car parking for up to 3 vehicles, with one single lockup garage and 2 spaces under sails.

Courtyards can further be locked for extra security.

Modern furniture and fittings, tiled floors with carpets in the bedrooms. Dish drawer dishwasher to save bending down, underbench washing machine and dryer.

Full sized kitchen, with microwave, fridge and freezer, underbench dishwasher, water filter, two pantries, fully stocked with basics. Table settings for 8+. Picnic basket childrens table and chairs and plates, cups and utensils.

All baby needs, including porta-cot, bathseat, baby bath, high chair, all baby linen including sheets and blankets supplied, at no extra cost.

All cleaning products and bathroom products supplied. Bathroom has a heater, and waterfall spout over the bath. The shower consists of an opening glass panel door.

Beach towels, extra changes of linen, all bedding including doonas either summer weight or woollen for colder months.

Oil filled heater in lounge. Satelite TV with plenty of channels.

Lounge consists of 2 x 2 seaters and 2 singles. Dining table is extendable seating 6.

Wine and afternoon tea on arrival, makings of first day's breakfast supplied in the fridge.
All condiments supplied.

Separate internal tiled 3 person spa in a dedicated room overlooks the rear tropical gardens.

Spa towels and robes provided.

One dog bed only is supplied.

Covered rear outdoor entertainment area with stainless steel gas BBQ and Kwila timber table setting.

Three healthy goldfish swim in the pond!

The property sleets up to 6 adults in 3 bedrooms. There are 2 queen beds with pillow top chiropractic mattresses, 2 single beds. A portacot and/or fold out bed is available at no extra charge.

Bedding and linen provided includes
pillows, wool doonas (for winter), blankets, luxury 375 gm sheets, pillowcases, luxury towels, bathmats, beachtowels, tea towels, handtowels, spa robes and spa towels,and cot sheets, towels and blankets.

For longer stays linen is changed on the 3rd day, and there are spare items supplied.

There is no charge for the linen.
