We stayed in this lovely townhouse for a week. We really enjoyed the privacy while having easy access to the CBD, Southbank and the motorway to the Gold Coast. The terrace is a birdwatcher's paradise. The home is very well kept and comfortable with everything you could need - we could have stayed a month!

Close to bus and train transport as well as being a kilometre away from the south-east freeway which provides acess to either the Gold or Sunshine Coasts.
The University of Queensland is within walking distance (1.7 km) via the Eleanor Schonell Bridge.
Equally close is P.A. Hospital while the Mater and RGH at Greenslopes are only slightly further away.
The suburb of Annerley is serviced by local shops, hotels and restaurants.
