The house accommodates up to 16 adults, with enough room for up to 5 families comfortably, suit for larger family/groups. 3 larger bed rooms with built in wardrobes and customizable beds(can be 1 king + 1 single bed or 3 single beds), another 2 rooms also big enough with customizable 1 king size or 2 single beds. Each bedroom has strong sunlight and stunning views of garden or creek.

Lounge room seats 10 with ease on 2 large comfy sofa sets. The sofas are also perfect for sleeping at night or lazy afternoon naps.

All facilities are ready and comfortable, 1 x public toilet outside the house, 2 x Toilets with 2 large bathrooms inside the house, Laundry, New 50 inch LCD Television, CD/DVD player.

Normally you live by self-serve here, but with reasonable prices you can ask our friendly staff serve you meals with BBQ, Sandwich and/or other styled food.

On the north side of this 25 acre land is beautiful wet land with bush which faces the waterfront of Tilligerry Creek linking Port Stephens. There are creeks to drain rain water from the farm to the sea, and if you are lucky, you can find big eels and mud crabs swimming in these creeks(normally at night using torch).

The south side of this farm is the main road of Tilligerry Peninsula - Nelson Bay Road, by this road you can conveniently go to all facilities like fish and chips shop, convenient store, horse riding, golf, fishing and boat hire, dolphin cruises from nelson bay.

Locality

We are situated at the source of Tilligerry Creek, only about 2 hours from Sydney, 0.5 hours from Newcastle, 8 minutes from Newcastle Airport(Williamtown).

The location is very convenient to all sights, 15 minutes to Anna Bay, and 18 minutes to Nelson Bay. The bus from Newcastle to Nelson Bay stops at the entry of our farm.

Property

Inside the farm, you can do fishing, feeding animals, collecting chicken eggs, and visit vegetables. We have chickens, goats and sheep in stock, and hydroponics system for lettuce, as well as all sorts of vegetables like beans, egg plant, potato and cucumbers(depend on seasons).

Outside the farm, there are enough attractions and facilities: bus stop aside our gate; fish and chips restaurant just opposites our farm; 3 minutes away there is winery and convenient stores; 15 minutes away you can enjoy sand skiing or Sand Safari's to experience the largest dunes in the Southern hemisphere at Anna Bay; 18 minutes away you can enjoy marine activities, such as Dolphin and Whale watching at Nelson Bay. There are more activities like bushwalking, fishing, taste wines in winery, horse riding, visiting art gallery etc. really difficult to list all of them!
