The Retreat is in a unique location, backing directly onto the Stockton sand dunes. We are the perfect place for you with buildings sleeping from 1 person up to 32 people in the same building and with the total capacity of 100 people.
Well off the main road, we offer a safe environment for the young as well as a peaceful setting for the not so young. Bring the childrens bikes, bat and ball as there is plenty of grassy areas. Gather around the camp fires on a nice still evening looking at the stars, roasting potatoes or marshmellows while you are waiting for a visit from our resident possum family. Children often come with torches so they can go possum spotting at night and of course carry apples and banana's to encourge them to come close for a photograph.
Relax around the pool and in the evening have a BBQ in covered picnic areas with family and friends while having a drink and not having to worry about driving home.

Situated on 4 acres and surrounded by bushland The Retreat has an abundance of wildlife that live in and visit the ground. Including our possums we also have Goanna's, Echinda's, Kookaburra's and many other bird species.
We also have direct access out to the Sand dunes. The Retreat offers sand boards to hire to take out and ride the dunes which have been know to be as high a 30m above sea level.
Stay with us while you take in all that beautiful Port Stephens has to offer. Do some whale or dolphin watching, take a cruise, play some golf or take time to visit our local wineries for some wine tasting.
