Holiday house

Located in the seaside town of Anna Bay this self-contained holiday house offers polished floorboards throughout, a formal lounge room with a 2 seater lounge, 2x arm chairs, a 32inch flat screen TV with built-in DVD, CD player, i-pod docking station, mini stereo system, ceiling fan, electric heating and access to a covered full length balcony with outdoor setting and gas BBQ.
The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the main lounge area and offers granite bench-tops, stainless steel oven, stove-top and range-hood, a full size fridge / freezer, microwave with the dining area offering a servery window from the kitchen, a solid timber dining suite and side board. There is a reverse cycle air conditioner located in the kitchen area which will also cool the main lounge and dining rooms.
The French inspired main bedroom offers flowing white interiors with a wrought iron queen size bed, antique bedside tables and dresser, built-in robe, a comfortable sitting chair, ceiling fan and electric heating. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen size wrought iron bed, bedside tables, built-in robe and ceiling fan. The bathroom has a shower over the standard size bath, vanity and toilet. There is a front loading washing machine in the internal laundry, with an outdoor clothes line available on the rear covered balcony.

Other features include a front seating area in the garden with a mosaic table and 2x chairs to relax, a fully fenced rear yard, plus driveway parking for 2 vehicles or your trailer boat. There is a patrolled surf beach with walking distance at the edge of the Stockton Sand Dunes where you will enjoy endless hours of fun four wheel driving over the largest moving sand mass in the Southern hemisphere. The Anna Bay Village has all the facilities you will require including IGA groceries, post office, newsagent, takeaway, bottle shop and the Anna Bay Tavern for entertainment and bistro meals.
