Capture the beautiful ocean views of Birubi Beach and Stockton Bight. Enjoy the fantastic sunsets from the balcony or take a stroll along the beach, that is almost at your back door!.

Very spacious, open plan living/dining and kitchen area. The lounge area has glass doors leading out onto the balcony with bbq setting and fantastic views over Birubi Beach. The dining setting will seat 6 while the modern kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools and comes equipped with full size fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. Downstairs has another lounge area and a lovely shade cloth enclosed area for entertaining.
