Holiday house

Play tennis, explore the large garden with prolific birdlife, enjoy the quiet secluded location. You will feel at home with the well equipped kitchen and a developing herb garden outside for your cooking. The luxury of an open fireplace in the sunken lounge in winter and reverse cycle airconditioning in all rooms.

Outdoor entertaining patio includes BBQ and overlooks the Tennis court which also provides space for children to play. Racquets and balls are available. Estimated price is for a full week in Winter, higher prices apply for weekends ask for a quote. Linen is not included but is available for an additional charge.

Coogarah Park is a bush reserve and recreation area which is a series of creeks channels and islands connected by bike paths and bridges, which have become a popular recreation area for canoeing, fishing, bush walking, bird watching and mountain biking. Also includes children's play area.

Quality 4 bedroom house on large property. Includes 2 master bedrooms with ensuites one with spa bath. 3rd spaciuos bedroom has queen size bed. 4th bedroom has a set of bunks plus single with trundle bed (4 beds). The single and trundle can convert to a king size very comfortable bed. House can accommodate up to 10, ie. 4 couples or 3 couples and 4 children. Room for cots in both double bedrooms. 3 bathrooms one with spa bath. Full kitchen and laundry with washer and dryer, large sunken living room with open fireplace.
