Holiday house

Drive yourself from the hustle and bustle of the city, park your car in the remote control garage and enjoy a relaxing time in this modern and spacious beach house that comfortably sleeps 6. Fantastic location...walk to beach, river, cafes, tennis courts and bowling.

Upstairs: Main bedroom with ensuite. Open plan lounge/dining/kitchen with polished timber floors, then out to the undercover alfresco terracotta tiled BBQ area.

Downstairs: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, 2nd living room which overlooks two separate courtyard areas. Laundry in remote lock-up garage.

Kitchen: Fully equipped, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove/oven.
Laundry: In garage; Washing machine, iron/ironing board, vacuum cleaner.
Heating: Split system air-heating and cooling, ceiling fans
Entertainment: 3 x TV's, 1 x DVD
Features: 2 x outdoor settings, gas BBQ, ceiling fans, walk to everyting...beach, river, shops, parks, restaurants.

Locality

Walking distance to beach, river, shops, restaurants, tennis courts.

5 minute drive to well known Anglesea Golf Course, take the camera, you will more than likely see plenty of kangaroos.
