Sea Break is a 2 storey, 20 square beach house, boasting an open, sunny layout with modern furniture and fittings.
There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, and a powder room downstairs. The large kitchen provides everything you need, including a dishwasher, double sink and microwave oven.
The open living area includes a stereo TV, VHS/DVD, mini hi-fi system and split system airconditioner, and with wall to wall windows overlooking the private outdoor area, this property offers all you need for a relaxing getaway.
Outside, there is a private, sheltered north facing entertaining area with barbeque, outdoor setting and external hot shower for when you get home from the beach. For security there is a double lock up garage.
Sea Break is situated in an excellent position, only 400 metres to the picturesque Anglesea Surf Beach, and just a short stroll to the river, restaurants and shops.

February to April - $1,400 pw
May to October - $950
November - $1,250
December 1st - December 25th - $1,400
Weekend Rate - $265 per night for 4 people, $10 extra per person - up to 6 adults in total.
Weeknight Rate - $265 per night for 4 people - January to April and November, December.
Weeknight Rate - $230 per night for 4 people - May to October.
