Situated in a quiet location with opening sliding doors onto the large deck overlooking the 18th Hole of the golf course.
A patio sitting out in the front yard looking into the garden.
Three generous bedrooms- sleeps 8-10,ensuite to master bedroom.Cozy wood heater and large open plan living area, with pull out sofa bed.
Master bedroom- Queen size bed with ensuite
Bedroom 2- 2 set of bunks
Bedroom 3- Queen size bed
All Donna's and pillow supplied
Must bring own linen.
Kitchen- Microwave,dishwasher fridge/freezer,eletric stove/oven and fully equipped
Coonara and reverse cycle Heating and cooling.
TV & DVD & VCR, Radio & CD, Play station
Child safety gate on stairway
Large new deck with outdoor setting and gas BBQ.
Down stair outside is a 8 seater outdoor setting.
We enjoyed our stay at Belton Street very much. It had lovely views from the balcony and the main bedroom so to sit out there to eat breakfast was very relaxing. The house had a homey, relaxing feeling about it and the couches were very addictive to have an afternoon snooze on!
We had a 24 hour visit from the Kangaroo which was great and got some photos from the balcony. Unfortunately, our dog was a little disappointed that we wouldn't let her down there to play with the Kangaroo (she is only 14 week)

There are now TV in each down stair bedrooms and in the bunk room there is playstation set up and DVD player for the kids, and a toy box with toys down stair.
This gives the Adults some time out!!
