Cottage, Holiday house

This recently built, single storey cottage has everything you could possibly want from an indulgent seaside retreat.
Situated in a fantastic location away from the hussle'n'bussle, yet close to all that Anglesea and Point Roadknight have to offer.
It has reverse-cycle air-conditioning, gourmet kitchen, huge bathroom with three-corner spa and separate shower. Very comfortable lounge area with large LCD TV with DVD and CD player, even some CDs/DVDs thrown in just for good measure.
Snuggle up in front of the cosy wood fire on those winter nights after a fresh walk on the beach or laze away on the veranda just gazing out to sea while the barbeque sizzles with your favourite fare.
The style and finesse of this little gem will ensure a most pleasurable and memorable experience. You will not want to leave.
You can also bring your pet dog, but please contact us first to discuss conditions and suitability.

Locality

‘Anglesea Overboard’ provides easy access to all attractions of the Surf Coast, including Point Addis Marine National Park and Coogoorah Park Wetlands. The local beaches are perfect for swimming, surfing and just relaxing. The 35km Surfcoast Walk passes through Anglesea, along the coast and beside the river.

Anglesea is a popular coastal town at the gateway to the Great Ocean Road and eight minutes from Aireys Inlet.

Have a hit of golf on the Anglesea Golf Coarse, set among beautiful native bushland, and famous for its gang of resident Kangaroos that graze blissfully unaware on the wide fairways or loll about near the greens. You don’t have to be a player to enjoy the spectacle. Sightseers can get a good view of the ’roos and wallabies from Golf Links Road.

Many of Anglesea’s other treasures are also products of nature. The wide sandy beach is perfect for swimming, surfing or just relaxing, while nearby Point Roadknight beach is a good place to catch some wind and you’ll often see sailboards and ‘cats’ zooming along on the breeze.

Coogoorah Park, adjoining the river, has a series of walking tracks, boardwalks and bridges that wind through native bush, span reedy wetlands teeming with birds and cross the river.

For wheelchairs...The cottage has an access ramp, wide entry and grab rails in the bathroom. Although there are no made footpaths in the immediate area, you really have everything you need right here.

Off peak weekend tariff, including Fri/Sat/Sun is $225 per night for two people twin share, and $35 per extra person per night.
Peak tariff is $255 per night for two people twin share.
Peak tariff applies during Christmas school holidays, Easter and long weekends.
Weekly tariffs are $1290 off peak and $1790 peak, for two people twin share.
We prefer a minimum stay of seven nights during Christmas school holidays, but we are flexible. Four nights over Easter and three nights on long weekends.
