The surf beach is also a few steps away and here couples can frolick in the torquoise waters or take walks around the beautiful Pt Cartwright Nature Reserve. During the spring time Point Cartwright is a favourite spot for weddings - it is magic!!

The apartment on the waterfront and a canoe/kayak can be launched within a 1 minute's walk to the water - where you can start paddling on the Mooloolah River or out of the harbour into the ocean around to Mooloolaba Beach or around Point Cartwright etc. A single garage space is provided in the undercover garage but only fits a regular sized vehicle and it would depend on the height and length of your canoe/kayak as to whether it would fit within the space provided. There is on-street parking available should you wish to store it on the vehicle but on the street.

There is a boatramp within a 2 minute drive - your boat would launch into the Mooloolah River. From here there is easy access through the harbour entrance into the ocean.
