Springton Heritage Bed & Breakfast is set in approximately an acre of serene gardens. Close to the historic hollowed out red gum tree that Frederick Herbig and his wife raised their first two of 16 children.

"The Stables" has two Bedrooms with Queen beds and is warm, charming and spacious with lounge/dining, air conditioning, kitchen facilities and laundry facilities. Bathroom with an antique claw bath, one you can indulge and relax in.

The Hayloft" a cosy,romantic loft bedroom with views of the gardens. Bed sitter area to wind down and enjoy your locally bought food and wine. A kitchenette, lounge/dining area and bathroom.

Generous provisions for a cooked breakfast or enjoy the local cuisine next door at one of the Barossa's premier cafe/restaurants - Buck's Bistro. Adjacent is the award winning and boutique Poverty
Hill Winery, plus the rustic and charming Springton Country Hotel and General Store.

Locality


The Barossa Valley and Adelaide Hills are known for their vast array of food and wineries. Springton is a beautiful and relaxing place and from here you can enjoy the regions splendour. A great place to base day trips.

Wander through the sleepy hamlet and visit the historical Herbig Family Tree and Homestead Centre, Friedensberg Church or take a stroll along the Lavender Federation Trail, a favourite track for walkers and birdwatchers.
