Angaston, South Australia
2 private luxury suites in a heritage manor giving you the chance to be spoiled in a hosted accommodation with the privacy you require. Solar heated pool and hot spa and extensive quiet gardens.
"This venue offers the highest standard of accommodation. We booked both of the spacious and comfortable suites for 3 nights and of particular note was the fabulous country style breakfasts, served in the dining room on the week-end and simlarly the continental breakfast served to our suite on the Monday morning.
Our pre-arranged 'in house' Friday evening meal was first class and rated as a memorable dining experience. "

"Very friendly and accommodating Hosts, Plenty of room not only inside the rooms but also the outside area, nice touch with the breakfasts but could add a small frypan and eggs, if it was warmer I would have had a swim or two in the great looking pool, well located within walking distance to shops and restaurants etc, would definately stay again."

"We totally enjoyed our stay at 'Caithness.' The rooms were extremely well-equipped with everything you could think of for your stay in such a delighful setting. We indulged in the pool and spa after having a sunset BBQ on the terrace overlooking the gardens and the hills - a truly relaxing experience. Every detail was covered from the room inclusions, the breakfasts, and the local information provided. We would recommend a stay at 'Caithness' for anyone wanting to leave the real world behind them, even if just for a couple of days."

"The accommodation was clean, comfortable and spacious. Our hosts were very congenial and helpful (like telling us where- to hike with the kangaroos, restaurants to check out and some smaller wineries we might want to visit.) The location was convenient for walking into town- the town's people were very friendly. The country flag over our suite was a nice touch and helped us feel even more at home."

"We stayed at Caithness for 3 nights in November and we cannot say enough good things about this place. Our room was lovely, and our hosts included a number of little touches that we appreciated, including a picnic basket and blanket, wine, a small bottle of sherry, a first aid kit and many other things. The swimming pool area was also nice, as were the breakfasts, along with a little note each day with suggestions of what to do in the area.
We just loved it and if we lived in Australia we would go there as much as possible. We highly recommend this bed and breakfast."

"Our stay at Caithness Manor was excellent from the quality of the accommodation, the attention to detail of the breakfasts and especially our hosts with their knowledge of the area, suggestions of where to go and what to see, arranging restaurant bookings and providing access to their outdoor BBQ/pool area to enable an alternative relaxed night 'in' with our friends. Irene and Paul are great hosts who made our stay very enjoyable and relaxing!"
