ENJOY THE SIGHTS AND SOUNDS OF BUSH and OCEAN offered by this lovely new, well designed North Stradbroke Island holiday home. Nestled in a tranquil bush setting, the large rear deck overlooks native forest and is within short walking distance of white sandy beaches.

The polished timber deck overlooking the bush is a favoured retreat for a BBQ or simply relaxing to the sounds of the surf and native birdlife. Friendly kookaburras often visit at mealtimes. Spot the koalas that frequent the eucalypt forest at our back door. 'Alegana' is perfect for an enjoyable family holiday or a weekend get-away.

The floors are polished timber. There are insect screens throughout and ceiling fans in the lounge areas and in each of the 3 brms. The main bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite and walk-in robe. There is a queen bed and 2 singles in the other 2 brms.

The kitchen is modern with micro-wave and dishwasher and adjoins the dining area. The roomy comfortable lounge area features a large picture window framing the bushland setting. An entertainment unit provides TV/Video/DVD. There is provision for off-street parking in the carport.

No pets allowed.

We'll be back! One of the best holidays was had here. The highlights were hearing the surf at night, and sitting on the back deck watching the wildlife, while eating fresh seafood. House was great and impressed with the cleanliness of it. Loved the bush track to the beach and calling in on the way home for daily prawns. So quiet, so peaceful..... Steve and Marg Mc Donald. May
