Holiday house

3 Bedroom house with ensuite (bath & separate shower & toilet), 2 Queen size beds & 2 sets of bunks, close to water, polished timber floors throughout, recently renovated and tastefully furnished, gas oven & stove, TV/DVD/VCR/CD PLAYER, deck with gas BBQ, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, fully screened, 6 seat lounge. Air conditioned kitchen, lounge & dining area. Pedistal fans for bedrooms, wall heater in main bedroom. Ramp to house for wheel chair acces (bathroom not equipped for disabled people). Carport & boatport, covered outdoor area, outside shower to wash off sand after the beach. Pets allowed outside only.

Locality

This house is close walking to beaches, jetty, boatramp, tennis courts, shop, cafe, community centre, library. Ideal for nature & bush walks, fishing trips. Only a short drive to surfing beaches at Point Lookout.

Pets are allowed, strictly outside only. The property has a fully fenced yard, however is not secure as it does have some gaps.
