Cottage, Holiday house

Fully self contained 4 bedroom house with 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds , 1 bunk room containing 2 double bunks,1 single bed room, quality linen throughout. 1 en suite bathroom and 1 main bathroom with bath and shower.main lounge has large TV with dvd/cd/video players and theatre sound. fully equip kitchen and laundry. bbq on front verander. large parking area room for your boat. fish cleaning facility. all this set on top of a hill over looking Pelican's Lagoon.

Our guest book if full of praise for the house, view and comfort .The much stated comment is how well equip Pelican's retreat is.

Locality

American River is a great jumping off area to go see the many attractions on the Island. Great walks, wonderful birdlife, charter a days fishing or bring your own boat {we can organise charters on a 44ft boat and take the entire family. At night the wild life is up to your door ,feed the Wallabies from, your front verander. Visit the marine centre in Kingscote see the pelicans and penguines, Kangaroo Island is like living in a beautiful national park and the list goes on.

The house is on a large block with great uninterupted views, plenty of parking ,fish cleaning facilities. Near local shop boat ramp nearby
We can book your charter fishing or Diving on "Cooinda" 44' of fishing fun

Small dogs (less than 11 kg) are permitted, Medium dogs (11 kg to less than 34 kg) are permitted, Large dogs (34 kg or heavier) are permitted, Secure, fully fenced running area.

cats , as we live on an island that has a ferile cat problem ,the council require require your cats registration papers etc, no cats off of property. but maily the ferile cats pose a great risk to domesticated cats.
Dogs speak to me about indoors, small dogs ok. Dogs the council require them on lead at all times outside the property. Again this is for the saftey of your animals, Kangaroo Island is largely a national parks.
