Holiday house

Built in 2004. Panoramic 180 degree views over the mainland, Eastern Cove, Island Beach, Strawbridge Point,and American River.
Relax and enjoy the views from the front and rear decks, or from the comfort of the open plan living areas and main bedroom.
BYO linen (can be supplied for additional charge)
Air conditioning, ceiling fans, bedroom heaters, microwave, TV stereo system, DVD player, outdoor setting and swing, Gas BBQ.
Satellite broadband, cot and high chair available (free of charge) on request.
Ample offstreet parking for boat and vehicles.
Fish cleaning table.
Local charter fishing tours (half and full day) available.

American River is a peaceful, picturesque towmship, centrally located to the rest of the island, and ideally suited to those wanting to relax and get close to nature - teeming with birds and wildlife, access to walking trails and beach, fishing from the wharf or charter boats.
