Bay Waters has 3 large bedrooms and a large lounge room overlooking Pelicans Lagoon, Full kitchen available, and ample laundry.Plenty of room for parking cars and boats. Fenced large back yard for the children and your family pets, Covered outdoor entertainment area, with BBQ
Or sitting on the front deck watching the world go by.
