Spectacular Coastal Views.
A quiet, romantic holiday home with a nautical atmosphere, and shipping memorabilia, inside and out.
Wake up to see beautiful sea views out of each bedroom window.
Upstairs: Large and open plan living, which includes kitchen, lounge and dining areas.
Lounge area has 3X3 seaters & 1X2 seater.
Dining table seats 8 people comfortably, and a 2nd table seats 4.
The living area opens onto a long balcony where you can sit to enjoy the birds in the colourful garden & beautiful sea views. The balcony is safe for children and dogs (who love to keep watch!)
A Cook’s kitchen fully equipped, has an electric European oven and ceran cooktop, microwave, dishwasher.
The bathroom is large and has a full sized bath.
Extra features, include TV, Video/DVD/CD player (A 2nd TV in the main bedroom) R/C air conditioning. A pair of ship's binoculars mounted on a pedestal, to watch sailing, fishing and overseas vessels.
Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet, fridge & bar fridge.
We provide all linen except bath, and beach towels.
The laundry has an automatic washing machine, iron, ironing board. There is a large living area downstairs, which also has a beautiful sea and coastal view, with a sofa bed.
There are 2 outdoor areas set up outdoors and a gas BBQ.
Back yard fully fenced in.
No smoking inside please.

Southern Vale Wine Districts, the Whales and penguins at Victor Harbour.
Cape Jervis where you can walk the Heysen trail, catch a ferry for a visit to Kangaroo Island or just look at the views from the mainland.
Sunset Cove where our marina and boat ramp is located, you can go dive the Hobart.
There is also a golf course at The Links, Sunset Cove & Yankallila. Horseriding, or a pub crawl on horse back at Normanville only 5 minutes away.
Dine at The Links, Sunset Cove, Second Valley or Normanville.

It is only 700 metres from beautiful Carrickalinga beach.
The house is built on a hill, the back fence adjoins 100's of acres of grazing pastures, which run cows and calves.
It has Amazing Views of Rapid Heads and 180 degree view of the coastline.
The house is 50 metres from Brown Road, which doesn't have much traffic. It is a very quiet area and you can wake up to hear the sound of the waves on the beach.
