Pines on the Plateau is a boutique country retreat set amongst ancient pine rees and regenerated rainforect in the hinterland of the Far North Coast of NSW.
Our individually designed lodges are spacious, elegantly decorated and furnished. You will find many special touches included such as a bowl of fresh bruit, fresh flowers, port and chocolates.

Locality and AttractionsOur location makes a visit to the beach very accessible. Beaches include Brunswick Heads, Byron Bay (35 mins away), Lennox Head, Ballina and Evans Head to the south. The hinter-land has spectacular World Heritage Parks including the Nightcap, Mount Warning (the tip of which can be seen from the lodges)Border Ranges and Richmond Range National Parks, quaint villages with their cafes, galleries, antique and bric-a-brac shops as well as historic pubs. Lismore is the regional hub of the north coast and is a university city. Every weekend there is a colourful market close by displaying a large range of locally hand-made or home-grown goods (many grown organically), secondhand items, clothing, plants, jewellery, crysals, massage oils, etc. Resaurants are varied and plentiful. The award winning Bellowing Bull Restaurant is just a 3 minute drive from our accommodation. Pines on the Plateau offers a private location for wedding day preparations and is a beautiful spot for wedding photography. PropertyBallina/Byron Airport and Lismore Airport are each a 20 minute drive away. Airlines servicing the area are JetStar, Qantas, Rex and Virgin Blue. Coolangatta Airport is approx. 1 hour's drive. The property sleeps up to 4 persons in each lodge. A queen bed with ensuite together with a sofa lounge in lounge room that pulls out to a double bed is in each lodge. High quality bedding and linen is provided. An extra fold up bed is available if needed. Pool/beach towels are supplied.
Norfolk (spa) Lodge $155 per night Monday to Thursday. $175 per night Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Pine Lodge $140 Monday to Thursday. $160 per night Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
One night stays attract a $20 surcharge. Rates are discounted for stays of 3 nights or more.
