Cosy 2 bedroom country cottage with polished timber floors throughout and features Air conditioned comfort in the main bedroom and living room. For winter there is 2 fireplaces - one in the living room and the kitchen has wood combustion oven as well as a electrical stove/oven and Micro wave. The property is set on 10 Acres on the Allyn River and you have access to the river, ideal for summer months. The property is only 8klm from the Historic Township of Gresford were there is caffes, supermarket,clubs and Hotel. Booking does require A min of 48hrs Notice.

LocalityPrivate Setting only 8km to Town in beautifull Valley on the Allyn River, next to Olive Groves and Wineries Nearby. Located at the Gateway to the Barrington Tops National Park and not far from Dungog. Maitland is only 30 min drive away. Just relax and take in the country views, wild life and the overall peacfull excistance that nature can provide. A short drive will take you to the Barrington National Park were you can experience the Rain Forest wilderness and wild life. 45 min will take you to Pokolbim Wineris, Hunter Valley Gardens, function centres and Entertainment venues.
Easy to find - from Sydney head north along main freeway to Maitland, Turn right towards Paterson at the round about on the New England HIghway - you will go over the Hunter River at Maitland through Lorn to Paterson. After Paterson is the small village of Vacy and then straight onto Gresford Then Allynbrook. PropertyCherry Grove - 10 acres on the Allyn River, the house setion is fully fenced and will accomodate 2 small dogs. There is a front verandah, back patio and french doors leading out to both. The home is well equiped for Summer or Winter with reverse cycle Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and fire places. The property is self contained with seprate Generator System that will run the whole house, just in case of power outs. Very Private with plenty of Birdlife and wild life. Although Private you are still close to town.
