Holiday unit, Self-contained apartment

Clean bright and white, one bedroom fully self contained unit set up for a short or long stay. Fully tiled throughout, this unit feels beautifully cool and uncluttered as soon as you enter. Tastefully furnished with bright sunny textures, mixed with the warmth of wood and the simplicity of white shutters. It has a pillow top queen bed and all linen is supplied. Fans in lounge, dining and bedroom are rarely needed as the unit catches the cooling sea breezes through the big sliding doors. Crim safe security screens allow the unit to remain ventilated at night and while you are out and about.

From gate in the back courtyard you can check out the surf and get down to the patrolled surf beach before you've even had a sip of your coffee.

Michelle's unit is a real gem, beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, with everything you need. Best of all we could take our little dog & its just one block from the beach. We'll be back. Lee Feb 2011
Beautiful accommodation, home away from home plus more. Decor & furnishings are tasteful & we loved the atmosphere created in the bedroom. Quiet & peaceful yet an easy walking distance to the cafes, beaches & shops. Highly recommended if you want the best of both worlds. Laura Nov 2010

Locality

Two private fully secured courtyards with BBQ and outdoor setting for relaxed outdoor living. Cook up a storm in the modern granite kitchen or eat out at the famous Alex Surf Club or at any one of the many restaurants within walking distance to Alex, Mooloolaba or Maroochydore.

Under cover parking is available right outside the unit as well as lockup storeroom for the bikes, golf clubs and surfboards.

Brisbane Airport - 1 hour
Maroochydore Airport - 15 minutes

Alexandra Headland is centrally located slap bang in the middle of the Sunshine Coast and geographically well positioned for exploration day trips. From the unit it is 3 or 4 minutes to access the motorway that takes you north to Noosa and the Fraser Island access route, South to Caloundra and the beautiful Pumicestone Passage or west into the rolling hinterland of Montville and Maleny. All of these destinations including Steve Irwins' Australia Zoo are no more than 30 minutes away. Brisbane is 1 hour south and its 15 mins to the Sunshine Coast Airport. Once you arrive here there is no need to use your car unless you want to visit any of the above destinations. The beach, shops, surf clubs, esplanade, cafés, coffee shops and restaurants are all within walking distance.

Everything you can imagine is located a short distance away. with public transport on your doorstep. You can avoid the car unless you want to take a trip to Noosa, Caloundra, Eumundi or the hinterland.
