A modern "ranch-style" property with a verandah all round situated on 30 acres of bush. Being located 3 kilometres from the Maroondah Highway, just in the tree-line of the Black Range, provides peace and quiet for visitors to relax and unwind.
The accommodation is a suite which comprises: a separate entrance leading to the lounge/dining room which leads into the queen-sized bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. French doors open to a view over the hills and adjacent to the pool.
The lounge has wood heating as well as air-conditioning and an overhead fan. Television, DVD, Video and stereo facilities are provided.
A refrigerator and tea-making facilities are provided in the walk-in robe off the bedroom.
