Holiday house

Classic 1960's Esplanade Beach Home with amazing views across the water to the hills. Incredible views from the main bedroom, kids room and living area. large fully fenced yard with large covered sandpit, cubby house, monkey bars and swing

Open living with beautiful Tasmanian Oak polished floors, Ceiling fans in all bedrooms with a reverse cycle air conditioner in the living area.
New dishwasher and fan forced Electric Oven. Bosch front loader washing machine in the large combined bathroom and laundry.

Walk straight across the road the the beach. Walk to the local deli and restaurant. Launch your boat from the beach. 10 minutes drive to McLaren Vale wineries. Tour down under goes straight past !!

Great for families, 2 couples as there are 2 queen size beds or just a romantic getaway overlooking the ocean with your wines from McLaren Vale. A great spot all year round with ever changing views, summer or winter.
