Holiday house

Beautifully presented 2 storey home situated on The Esplanade at Aldinga Beach. Close to shops, cafes and walkway to beach. Downstairs you will find 2 bedrooms (1 queen, and 1 twin room), family room with combustion heater for those chilly days and nights, TV/DVD/VCR and separate childs play room. The laundry is equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, shower and toilet. There is a large enclosed back garden where you will find undercover BBQ and outdoor setting. Upstairs is the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. The dining room adjacent has seating for 8 people it takes in the spectacular views of the ocean and cliffs to the north. The lounge area also has those magnificent views and has a bar. The other 2 bedrooms are upstairs (1 queen and 1 twin room) with BIR's. The main bathroom has a bath and separate shower. The sunroom is perfect for taking in the views and sun whilst reading your favourite book or magazine or just relaxing.
The perfect home for your beachside holiday with friends or family.

Locality

This property is only minutes from the fabulous wineries of McLaren Vale. While a short drive can put you on the ferry to Kangaroo Island or beautiful Victor Harbor, historic Goolwa (home to the murray river paddle steamers)or the surfing beaches of the South Coast.
Or just stroll up the road to the well known Star of Greece restaurant and enjoy exquisite seafood.
